Linek Plumbing Company

My water heater went out suddenly and I hired Linek to replace it. We got our dates mixed up, so they had me scheduled for the following week. When they didn't show and I called to inquire, Seth could sense that I did not want to have to wait another week for hot water. So, he said he would see what he could do and call me back shortly. A little while later, he called to say he had a crew that could arrive by about noon that day. When the guys arrived, they were as professional and pleasant as they could be. Got the job done in under 4 hours, and really got me out of a bind. They have earned my business.

We began a months-long kitchen remodel that had a LOT of plumbing unknowns. I worked closely with Seth, the person who visits all jobsites and does estimates (among other things). He demonstrated a great deal of scheduling flexibility and worked hard to help us keep our original (tight) timeline. He answered questions promptly and kept me in the loop. We established a good working relationship that I very much appreciate. Every plumber who worked on our project was efficient, respectful, and friendly. We had zero plumbing issues and I'm very happy with all the work that's been done. We have another big project coming up and I will be calling Linek!

We purchased a house that had some plumbing items to take care of. Jake from Linek was on-time (which is already a 10/10) was so helpful, and gave thorough explanations. His work was timely and neat. He did a great job cleaning up after. He gave me heads up on items we should be paying attention to once we move in. Bonus was that he was just an all-around nice guy.

We noticed problems with our kitchen sink draining several months ago and thought that maybe the previous owners repeatedly poured grease and other debris down the drains. After drain cleaner and multiple times snaking it, we noticed that the left side of our double sink would never drain completely. This would cause a smell that was quite unpleasant, and whenever we ran the disposal water would shoot up that side into the sink. We called a plumber who came by and reconfigured the pipes under our sink. Unfortunately, that ended up leaking. We called a different plumber and they fixed the leak, but they said that we needed their "master plumber" to assess the whole situation as the arm probably needed to be lowered. The third plumber came out and said that we needed our full stack replaced because it wasn't up to code and quoted an exorbitant amount of money. Thankfully, I talked to my future mother-in-law, and she recommended Linek. Linek came out and assessed the situation, and thankfully it was a much better outlook than I had anticipated. They added an auxiliary vent and fixed our loop vent in our island. They also lowered the arm as it was at the same height as our garbage disposal output (I now know that is a bad thing). I can now see that no water is sitting in our pipes, and everything is draining wonderfully! They were also able to tell us that the plumbing stack was in fact, up to code. Thank you, Linek Plumbing for doing the right thing and helping us gain some sanity back with our sink!

I needed an emergency plumber and Jake from Linek Plumbing was able to make it out even though it was a holiday weekend. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helped explain the plumbing in my new house, completely solved our issues, and fixed some miscellaneous problems on his way out. We will be using Linek Plumbing again and recommending them to anyone in the area.

My water main decides to break on a Sunday morning. Multiple calls to multiple plumbers. Earliest anyone can come out is three days. I come across Linek and call them. Kayla immediately answers. Her guy is finishing up another job but can be there today. About an hour later Ken pulls up and gets to work! A couple of hours later the water main is fixed and we have water again! Linek is my new go to when I need plumbing!

I asked them to look at my backflow protector. The gentleman who came out didn't have the correct tools to get the lid off. He said he would send someone with the right tools. Instead, he sent me a quote for $4,000 to install a new backflow protector. When I asked him to send someone to inspect my old one, he said that would cost $245 for the first hour. I called a different company. They took the lid off, inspected the backflow protector and said it was fine. I will never use this company again.

Faucet in my bathroom tub broke and water wouldn't stop running. Called about 6 times in 9 hours and just keep getting told they are reaching out to the tech. I finally got a call at almost 1 am telling me they can't get a tech out. Would never recommend to anyone.
